Overview
RADcheck is a service for aged care providers to ensure the refund calculation of Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD’s), Refundable Accommodation Contributions (RAC’s), and Accommodation Bonds are correctly calculated.
RADcheck ensures the amount refunded to a resident on departure from an aged care provider is calculated as per the Aged Care Act.
Services
A Standard RADcheck is for RAD or RAC payments.
Complex RADchecks are required when the resident has combination RAD/DAP payments.
Our team will return RADcheck verifications within 24 hours of receipt of all required documentation.
